The Hanaholmen beer ”SOPPA”
Hanaholmen’s own beer SOPPA is a gastronomic masterpiece created by our restaurant’s chef Henrik Österberg.
The beer was born out of a passion for combining beer with food – and with respect to nature and Finnish raw materials. SOPPA is the perfect choice for everyone who loves good food and beer. This artisan masterwork is a piece of art in and of itself.
Rumour has it that there’s no real friend of beer that wouldn’t appreciate SOPPA.
