DIALOGUES ABOUT OUR FUTURES  

Hanaholmens work to promote and develop cooperation between Sweden and Finland, turns 50 years in 2025. To celebrate the anniversary, we will arrange a series of future oriented dialogues. Now we are looking for fresh ideas and new partners to realize these dialogues together with us.  

We are looking for: 

• Ideas and initiatives. Issues that are of interest for you or your organization, topics that would benefit from a broader societal discussion or where cooperation between Sweden and Finland could add valuable perspectives.  
• Cooperation partners who are willing to organize, in collaboration with Hanaholmen, a discussion event of approximately 45–60 minutes 

We offer: 

• Hanaholmen as an arena for the discussions and support in matters relating to practical arrangements.  
• Our special expertise and our networks, through which we can bring a bilateral Swedish-Finnish perspective to the discussions. 

How do you join? 

We will launch the Open call registration on Hanaholmen’s anniversary on June 1 and it will be open until September 15. The application is submitted by an electronic form that contains a brief description of the dialogue idea, which questions the topic raises and a presentation of the organisation behind the initiative. 

We hope to engage new partners with this call, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re not yet familiar with Hanaholmen. We will be curating a diverse dialogue program for the anniversary, so we encourage you to submit ideas with a low threshold. You can also be in contact with us before submitting your proposal. We will organize about ten dialogues during the anniversary year and will be in contact with everyone who submit an idea in September.
