IN CASE OF FIRE
We will do our best to make your visit as safe as possible in Hanaholmen!
Please get to know your room´s location and emergency exits. A sign on the door of your room shows the emergency exits and the location of your room. If you detect fire or smell smoke, please call the staff immediately by phone (tel. 9).
In case of fire alarm, stay calm. Close all windows and doors before leaving your room. The exit routes in the corridor are marked with green indicator lights. Use stairs instead of a lift in order to exit from the building to the parking area. Follow instructions of the staff.
COVID19
We follow a high-quality cleaning and hygiene routine, official guidelines and self-monitoring guidelines for the restaurant industry.
A disinfectant hand sanitizer can be found in common areas, meeting rooms, restaurants and toilets.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL OF US
- Stay home if you are ill.
- If you cough or sneeze, cough or sneeze into a disposable handkerchief or your sleeve, do not palm. Put the handkerchief in the trash immediately.
- Do not touch your face from the mouth and nose area with your hands.
- Keep your hands clean. Wash your hands often and thoroughly with warm water and liquid soap for at least 20 seconds, e.g. after arriving at Hanaholmen and before eating. If washing with water and liquid soap is not possible, use a hand sanitizer.
