Anticipatory governance in complex crises

The current and future crises are complex with interrelated effects that are difficult to predict. Our current governance structures are not built to respond to these types of challenges. During this seminar, we examine what enables and what hinders proactive governance and resilience related to future crises. In an increasingly networked world, the transnational connections are of great importance to reach a deeper understanding of crisis management. The bilateral cooperation generates new knowledge about differences and similarities in Finland and Sweden, for a resilient and sustainable future society.
