Sámi Art in Sweden and Finland
To mark Hanaholmen’s 50th anniversary, Sweden has donated an artwork to Finland. Olof Marsja’s sculpture Light Tracker has been placed in Hanaholmen’s sculpture park and is part of the Finnish State Art Deposit Collection.

During the seminar, Olof Marsja will share how Sámi culture is reflected in his artistic work, followed by a discussion on Sámi art in Sweden and Finland.
Interpretation into Swedish and Finnish will be provided.
