When booking our smaller meeting rooms we offer the standardized equipment listed below.
With our Celsius auditorium and the Tetra congress hall, the technology is customized according to the client's wishes. When making a booking for our Celcius auditorium we are also requiring a booking for Hanaholmen's technical service package.

The equipment in our meeting rooms includes a presentation screen, Plug & Play web conferencing tools, note-taking equipment, a flipchart and open Wi-Fi. We also offer streaming and recording of events. Our technical services also include interpretation technology, mood lighting, mobile screens and sound systems.

Everything went brilliantly. We will continue to use your meeting rooms in the future. The beautiful sea views bring a new perspective to thinking. The location, close to our new office in Otaniemi, is optimal.
We were especially intrigued by the opportunity to take a short walk along the seaside during meeting breaks. The food and drink service was also excellent.

Everything went wonderfully, and we had an excellent time. The highlight was an evening walk in the garden. The full moon shone over the sea, creating a beautiful moonlit path. We all fell in love with a small mushroom, which even glowed mysteriously in the night. A special thank you to the lovely lady who served us dinner and coffee in the lobby bar.
