Nazuk Turdieva x Lukas Hemnell: taste of Norrland
Hanaholmen's anniversary year will kick off with a special event in January 2025, when Nazuk Turdieva, winner of the Sveriges mästerkock 2023 competition, and Lukas Hemnell, executive chef at PLATS restaurant, will prepare delicious Norrlandish dishes together.
Turdieva, who won the Swedish version of the international Masterchef TV show, bases her food philosophy around creativity and versatility. Awarded the Best Restaurant in Espoo in 2023, PLATS' food culture is based on Nordic cuisine, with a focus on seasonal ingredients.
